Cancellation Policy

Kae Wax Studio Policies At our studio, we are committed to providing a professional, safe, and gentle waxing experience in a clean and comfortable environment. Please review the following policies prior to booking your appointment. Cancellation & No-Show Policy We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 25% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. In the event payment is declined, future appointments will not be accepted until the outstanding balance is paid in full. Late Policy We offer a 7-minute grace period for all appointments. After this time, your appointment may be shortened or canceled in order to maintain the schedule of other clients. If your appointment is canceled due to late arrival, our cancellation policy will still apply. Intake Form Requirement To ensure your safety and provide the highest level of service, all clients are required to complete an intake form prior to their appointment. Services cannot be performed without a completed form. Menstrual Cycle Policy Waxing services are available during your menstrual cycle. For your comfort, we recommend wearing a tampon or menstrual cup during your appointment, as sensitivity may be increased during this time. If you choose not to receive service during your cycle, we completely understand; however, our cancellation policy will still apply. Age Requirement Clients must be 18 years or older to receive services independently. We also accept clients aged 16 and older; however, a parent or legal guardian must be present at the appointment to provide written consent. Guest Policy To maintain a clean, professional, and private treatment environment, guests are not permitted in the treatment room during services.
